Spanish Football Federation sacks Lopetegui as team’s head coach one day before FIFA World Cup

Today, the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (Royal Spanish Football Federation; RFEF) announced sacking Julen Lopetegui as the manager of Spanish men’s national football team. This announcement came just a day after Spanish capital-football club Real Madrid announced reaching an agreement with Lopetegui as club’s new head coach after the World Cup ends. This year’s FIFA World Cup is to begin from tomorrow.
Yesterday, via their official website, Real Madrid announced Lopetegui to coach the first team for the next three seasons. To manage the national team, Lopetegui should not have a contract with any football club. Speaking at a press conference at Krasnodar, RFEF’s head Luis Rubiales said, “I found out five minutes before Real Madrid made the announcement [about Lopetegui]. I asked that nothing was to be done until the team arrives at Krasnodar. But this is not possible”((es))Spanish language: Me enteré cinco minutos antes que el Real Madrid lo anunciara. Julen Lopetegui was announced La Roja’s manager on July 21, 2016. Lopetegui has been in-charge of the national team for 20 matches, winning fourteen and drawing the remaining six. Lopetegui was the manager of Spain’s U-19 team from 2010 till 2012. Later, he handled sub-20 before moving to the U-21 team. He has also coached Portuguese club Porto FC.
In the press conference, Rubiales said, “Winning is very important, but there are more important things, like the way of work. So despite Lopetegui being a ‘top’ coach, we have been forced to make this decision”((es))Spanish language: Ganar es muy importante, pero hay cosas más importantes aún, como las formas de trabajar. Spain is scheduled to play their first group stage match against Portugal on Friday in Sochi. On May 22, RFEF announced Lopetegui renewing his contract, extending it to 2020.

Ammo troops are the grunts of the Air Force, bottom of the barrel right above security forces and right below Armament. I’m Armament, so I can’t really say much. Just like to take my chance to rag on my rivals! Ammo is the greatest job in the Air Force. My best years were working on munitions, and I have done it all.
Yet, with out the ammo, the planes would be flying around a desert with nothing (no one even mentions kamikaze…), and the marines that called in the Arial support would be screwed. They may be grunts, but id say pretty important grunts.
You see those planes would still be flying around without bombs and bullets even if ammo delivered the munitions if Weapons were not there to load them on the A/C.

By the way if you aren’t ammo You are waiting on them. I have been in this game longer than you and I have done your job. I have processed 30mm ammo and built bombs from the ground up. Weapons train to do parts of your job too! During DS 1 when our MK82’s were delivered with the arming loops in the wrong configuration do you think we called ammo to fix them? We are trained to install fuses, wire, install F.Z.U.’s, fin assemblies, the list goes on. I was an ammo aggie.
However you will never load an aircraft. I have waited on ammo some and they have waited on me. If you think about it everyone still has to wait for someone or other. You can’t get a aircraft up without clearance and so forth and so forth. So like I said waiting is what everyone dose. No matter what job you got!
Both sides show a little ignorance as to each others jobs. I’ve been in loading for almost 20 years and can honestly say it takes both jobs. We (weapons load) need ammo to build our bombs and deliver them and they need us to load them and on occasion reconfigure them (move swivels and loops, change fuse settings, and even frequencies on G.C.U.’s).
With out them we’d have nothing to load and with out us they’d have a flight line full of 110 and 141 trailers full of bombs. If the Air Force wanted us to do each others job we’d be one career field you’d build your own bombs crave them to the flight line, prep your jet, load your jest and then wait for O.P.’s to change the frag. That my friends would make for a very long day.
Loaders can’t load with out munitions and munitions weapons sit on the trailers without loaders. It takes both sides. Actually I don’t know why the Air Force doesn’t do it like the Navy and have both career fields as one (Aviation Ordinance) they build and load.
Everyone has something to complain about when it comes to other unites that I know for a fact it is just how it goes and no one can do a thing to change it. Every unit thinks that they are better then someone else , but what they don’t know is that when the time come to it they can be the best thing that happens to you weather you know it or not.

Man arrested for photographing unrelated arrest

On July 19th, 2006, Philadelphia police took a 21-year old student, Neftaly Cruz into custody for photographing the arrest of an alleged drug dealer in his neighborhood.
Roused by commotion in his neighborhood, Cruz saw the street outside his house lined with police vehicles and proceeded to photograph the event with his camera phone. Soon after, one of the police officers walked onto his property, grabbed his hand, placed him in handcuffs and drove off with him. Gerrell Martin, a neighborhood woman, witnessed and confirmed these events. She recalls the officer said to Cruz while restraining him, “You should have just went in the house and minded your own business instead of trying to take pictures off your picture phone.”
According to Cruz, “They threatened to charge me with conspiracy, impeding an investigation, obstruction of an investigation. They said, ‘You were impeding this investigation.’ (I asked,) ‘By doing what?’ (The officer said,) ‘By taking a picture of the police officers with a camera phone.'”
After detaining him for over an hour, Philadelphia Police finally released him with a warning that, according to Cruz, “if the supervisor was there I wouldn’t be a free man and that he is letting me go because he felt that I was a good person.”

Tourist bus attacked by militants in Kashmir
Wednesday, May 31, 2006Terrorists in Kashmir threw a grenade at a tourist bus in the heart of Srinagar, killing one person and injuring 21 others. Eyewitnesses say that the vehicle, in which were travelling tourists from West Bengal was attacked near the Dal Gate. The injured are being treated at the Kashmir Institute for Medical Sciences.
No terrorist outfit has yet claimed responsibility for this attack, which is the fourth incident this week. This is also the second time tourists were the targets. The number of militant attacks this month has increased after Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh decided to hold a round table conference with the moderate parties in Kashmir.
State Tourism Director Farooq Ahmed Shah condemned the attack saying, “It is a very unfortunate incident and we are trying our level best to improve the situation. However, it is unfair to say that tourists are unsafe in the Valley. Such incidents take place all over the world.” Tour operators however are concerned that attacks such as this one will result in customers calling off trips to Kashmir.

Athletes prepare for 2012 Summer Paralympics at the Paralympic Fitness Centre

London, England — As Paralympians ready for the Games which are set to open later this week, they have access to a world class fitness center inside the Paralympic Village which is designed to maximise their pre-Game preparations.
According to volunteers staffing the center, instead of being a single large room, as in Beijing, the building has numerous rooms. It, along with the adjacent Village Services Centre, is designed to be converted into a school after the games conclude. Rooms have been structured as a gym, an auditorium, and science laboratories.
Gym equipment is supplied by Technogym, an Italian firm that has supplied gym equipment for the Olympics since 2000. Equipment has been provided not just for for the Fitness Centre, but for gyms at all the Olympic venues. The newest equipment is oriented toward maximum flexibility, allowing athletes to exercise the particular muscles that they most require for their sport.
In addition to the equipment, the Fitness Centre also provides instructors trained in the use of the equipment, the likes of which athletes from many countries have never seen before. There are also a number of instructors available to provide motivational training.

Air Moldova completes airpark with a Brazilian Embraer aircraft

Brazilian aircraft maker Embraer on Friday announced it has signed a firm order with Air Moldova for one Embraer 190 jet, to be delivered in March 2010. The contract includes an option on another plane of the same model, Embraer said in a statement. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
At present, renowned companies such as Air France, Lufthansa group and Spanish Iberia Airlines own Embraer 190 jets, specified the representative of Air Moldova. The same source specified that Embraer 190 jet is one of the most economic and optimal aircrafts for operation, and it will be configured in a single-class cabin with 114 seats.
Air Moldova, which links the Moldovan capital, Chi?in?u, to cities in Europe and the Middle East, intends to use the new plane to open new markets.
The Embraer 190 is one of the four members of the E-Jets family. On December 31, the Embraer 170/190 E-Jets had logged 764 firm orders and 786 options.
Embraer is the world’s fourth-largest commercial plane maker. It finished 2007 with a firm order backlog of US$18.8 billion.
